Yerba maté is a tea-like leaf native to South America where it is absolutely cherished.

It was originally enjoyed by the Guaraní people over 500 years ago, who lived in what is today Paraguay, Argentina, Brazil and parts of Uruguay and Bolivia.

People drink it daily for mental clarity, boosted mood and physical energy. It’s usually shared with friends and loved ones.

Yerba maté leaves naturally contain three stimulating
compounds: caffeine, theobromine, and theophylline. Where
as coffee contains only caffeine.
